No Team Building Games
Teamwork is challenging. Almost every educator will have an experience or ‘horror story’ to share about working as part of a team. It is inevitable that when you combine several people, each with different personality types and learning styles, difficulties and disagreements will arise. However, by learning how to effectively relate to the people in your team it is possible to overcome these challenges, embrace the differences and work within a shared philosophy toward common goals.
We will share our previous experiences in Early Childhood settings and also the approach to teamwork that we have embraced at Inspired EC. We will challenge you to better understand your teammates rather than becoming frustrated with them, and will inspire you to speak up for yourself. We will encourage you to think differently about working as part of a team. We will DEFINITELY NOT have you playing ‘team building games”. (this is a bit of an in-joke which will make much more sense during the session.)

While we hope you attend our sessions for the content, we know certificates are important. To receive a certificate, you must complete and submit a short evaluation after the session ends. Upon submission, we automatically generate a personalized PDF certificate and email it to you. For live on-line trainings, the link to the evaluation appears on the session’s landing page and can be accessed after the training ends.

Live sessions take place via the ZOOM meeting platform. On-Demand sessions are hosted here at explorationsearlylearning.com. You can access all sessions from almost any desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a decent internet connection. If you’re reading this sentence, your device can access our sessions. Devices with larger screens provide a more enjoyable user experience.

Recording
We record all sessions. If there are technical problems while attending a live session, or you are unable to attend live, we can set you up with access to the session’s recording. Recordings are available within 24 hours of the live event. Please note that certificates are invalid in some locations if the attendee views a recording.
